Somerville, MA, Wednesday, August 20 — Formlabs, a leader in professional desktop 3D printing, announced today that Colin Raney is joining its leadership team to focus on global marketing and customer experience. Raney joins Formlabs from IDEO, the global innovation and design consultancy, where he served as Managing Director of the firm’s Boston studio. The move signals Formlabs’ ongoing commitment to creating world-class products that seamlessly fuse engineering and design.
“To build the best 3D printer, you need to have the best team, and we’re delighted to have Colin joining us,” said Natan Linder, Formlabs co-founder. “Colin was an early adopter of the Form 1, and his track-record as a leader in design and product innovation speaks for itself.”
