The Pro Service Plan includes a number of features, that augment the standard 1-year warranty that ships with a Formlabs 3D Printer package. These features are designed to increase your access to our expert support staff, and minimize your printing downtime.

Customized Training Session

It is important that you and your team are experts from day one. Pro Plan members can schedule a 30-minute customized online training session with one of our Pro Plan experts to learn the ins and outs of Desktop SLA printing to make sure you are printing professional parts in no time.

Dedicated Phone Support

Have an urgent question or concern? You will have access to a direct line to our support engineers. Phone support is not standard without the Pro Service Plan.

If you don’t have time to call, schedule a time to speak with a support engineer at a convenient time for you. Less urgent need? Shoot us an email and we will respond within 2 hours.

Express Replacement

Even though it is rare we see a hardware issue, it is important to have a plan in case it happens. With Express Replacement, if you have a hardware issue, we will ship a Formlabs Printer to you. All you need to do is put the old one in the box and ship it back.
