Your role will be to make sure that customer orders are being managed, processed, and nurtured until successful delivery.

Our customers are at the heart of our business and we want to give them a great customer experience. As our APAC Customer Operations Coordinator, you will be the interface between sales, the logistics service provider, planning, and finance to make things happen. You are not just pushing data but actually making sure that Formlabs delivers what Formlabs is promising. You will work closely and align with regional and global management to make sure our operations are cost-effective and add value.

The Job:

  • Manage customer orders from beginning to end
  • Make sure the right inventory is available
  • Apply the credit limit policies and maintain tight control over the financial flows in close cooperation with the local financial service provider
  • Process and follow up on customer complaints and RMA’s
  • Support the China sales team in bid registration and bid management
  • Onboard new customers and their logistics teams to ensure alignment between their and our operational processes
  • Perform the necessary data management in our system to enable smooth flows
  • Manage the 3PL on a day-to-day basis to guarantee flawless execution of the orders
  • Organize and enable MBR’s and QBR’s with the 3PL to monitor KPI’s and continuously improve performance and value for money
  • Participate in the Shenzhen office team to keep daily operation working smoothly

You:

  • Have proven success managing customer and logistics operations across many borders
  • Value the customer experience as much as cost-effectiveness
  • Love to work with cross-functional teams to get results
  • Thrive in an environment where many things can and need still to be built up
  • Are a professional with ERP/Order Management Systems
  • Do not mind working outside of office hours from time to time due to the global nature of the company
  • Are meticulous with details, numbers and Google sheets/excel
  • Speak fluent English
