Grey Pro Resin
An all-purpose functional prototyping material, Grey Pro has good elongation, high heat resistance, and low creep.
Rigid Resin has the highest modulus of all Formlabs materials. It has great impact strength, heat resistance, and stability, but is more brittle than Tough and Durable.
Durable has the highest impact strength of our Engineering Resins. Its low modulus and high elongation make it highly resistant to deformation.
Elastic Resin is the softest of our Engineering Resins, with a Shore durometer of 50A as well as high elongation and energy return. With high tear strength, this material can withstand repeated cycles.
Flexible Resin has a Shore durometer of 80A, close to that of rubbers used to produce shoe soles or tire treads. This material has low tensile modulus and high elongation.
High Temp Resin
High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa, the highest among Formlabs resins. Materials with higher HDT typically map to lower elongation.
