Fast Model Thermoforming Model

Fast Model Resin is a fast-printing resin that enables high throughput and fast turnarounds for applications like clear aligner models. Reliably print 11 arches in a eight and a half-minute job with 95% of the printed surface area within 100 μm of the digital model.

Fast Model has two print settings designed specifically for producing thermoforming models. For maximum speed and throughput, the 160 µm Fast Arch setting enables printing 11 of these models in 8.5 minutes. For a smoother surface finish choose the 100 µm Fast Arch setting which prints 11 models in 13 minutes. This box contains an example of a dental model printed at each layer height.
