The Fuse Blast Polishing System is a drop-in upgrade to the Fuse Blast that allows users to add a smooth, semi-gloss, scuff-resistant, and dye-ready surface finish to their SLS printed parts. This single-step add-on to the Fuse Blast both cleans and polishes your parts straight from the Fuse Sift without the need for another Blast

This two-part enclosure was printed with Formlabs Nylon 12 Powder, a general purpose, versatile, and biocompatible material with high detail and great dimensional accuracy. The two halves showcase the difference in surface finish between polished and unpolished parts - the bottom half was simply cleaned with Fuse Blast using glass blasting media, while the top half went through a 45-minute polish cycle with Fuse Blast Polishing System.
