Form Cure V2: Ajustes de tiempo y temperatura

Formlabs actualiza los ajustes de poscurado periódicamente con materiales nuevos y mejorados. Descarga la última versión en PDF (solo en inglés) y comprueba si hay ajustes de poscurado actualizados.

Selecciona el tipo y la versión del material para ver los ajustes de tiempo y temperatura recomendados para la Form Cure V2. Para realizar el poscurado de formulaciones previas de resinas con la Form Cure, usa la temperatura y el tiempo recomendados para la resina con la versión más próxima.

Curar una pieza más allá del tiempo recomendado es aceptable, a no ser que se indique lo contrario. Aumenta el tiempo de poscurado para las piezas gruesas y voluminosas, ya que alcanzan más lentamente la temperatura adecuada.

Si imprimes piezas con una resina de Formlabs para aplicaciones biocompatibles, sigue los pasos de poscurado incluidos en las instrucciones de uso o la guía de aplicación pertinentes. 1: No requiere poscurado. Deja que las piezas se sequen por completo después del lavado, antes de llevar a cabo la cocción/fundición.
2: Este ajuste de poscurado garantiza que las piezas alcancen tanto la biocompatibilidad como unas propiedades mecánicas óptimas. Lee la Guía de fabricación para conocer una descripción completa del proceso de trabajo.
3: No requiere poscurado. Deja que las piezas se sequen por completo antes de llevar a cabo la fundición.
4: En el caso de las piezas impresas con la Durable Resin, el módulo de tracción aumenta durante la primera hora de poscurado.
5: Coloca las piezas secas en un vaso de precipitados de vidrio (u otro recipiente transparente a los rayos UV) y sumerge completamente las piezas en agua a temperatura ambiente.
