Pasos para solucionar el problema

  1. Try connecting the machine to a different outlet or use another power cord, if one is available.
  2. Connect the Form Cure L to a computer with PreForm via a USB cable. Open PreForm, click File > Accessories, and search for your Form Cure L.
  1. If the Form Cure L does not appear in PreForm, check the red circular varistor on the bottom of the motherboard for damage. Follow the instructions in the guide Replacing the Form Cure L V1 power supply to access the motherboard. If the varistor is visibly scorched or damaged, contact Formlabs Support or your certified service provider.
  2. Check the glass fuse immediately adjacent to the varistor. If it has blown, replace it with an identical 10 A 250 VAC 5 × 20 mm fuse and try again.

  1. If the power LEDs are all lit properly, the issue may be that the display cable is not properly seated. If the motherboard cannot communicate with the display, the machine will not fully boot. Locate the display cable connector, positioned on the left side of the motherboard motherboard. Carefully remove the display cable and inspect the pins on the display cable connector to ensure that none of the pins are bent. If the connector is damaged, contact Formlabs Support or your certified service provider.
  1. If the issue persists, the SOM may need to be replaced. Contact Formlabs Support or your certified service provider.
