Pasos para solucionar el problema
- Try connecting the machine to a different outlet or use another power cord, if one is available.
- Connect the Form Cure L to a computer with PreForm via a USB cable. Open PreForm, click File > Accessories, and search for your Form Cure L.
- If the machine appears in PreForm, the display assembly may need to be replaced. The display assembly is available for purchase on the Formlabs Store. To replace the component, follow the instructions in the guide Replacing the Form Cure L V1 display assembly.
- If the Form Cure L does not appear in PreForm, check the red circular varistor on the bottom of the motherboard for damage. Follow the instructions in the guide Replacing the Form Cure L V1 power supply to access the motherboard. If the varistor is visibly scorched or damaged, contact Formlabs Support or your certified service provider.
- Check the glass fuse immediately adjacent to the varistor. If it has blown, replace it with an identical 10 A 250 VAC 5 × 20 mm fuse and try again.

- With the top shell still removed, power on the machine and check the status of the power LEDs on the motherboard. Do not touch any components within the Form Cure L V1 while it is powered on and the shell is removed.
- If none of the LEDs are lit, the power supply may need to be replaced. Form Cure L V1 power supplies are available for purchase on the Formlabs Store. To replace the component, follow the instructions in the guide Replacing the Form Cure L V1 power supply.
- If the 24V, 5V0, and 5V0 EXT LEDs are lit but the 3V3 LED or the single green LED on the top edge of the SOM is not lit, the SOM may need to be replaced. Contact Formlabs Support.
- If the 24V LED is lit but the 5V0 or 5V0 EXT LED is not, contact Formlabs Support or your certified service provider.

- If the power LEDs are all lit properly, the issue may be that the display cable is not properly seated. If the motherboard cannot communicate with the display, the machine will not fully boot. Locate the display cable connector, positioned on the left side of the motherboard motherboard. Carefully remove the display cable and inspect the pins on the display cable connector to ensure that none of the pins are bent. If the connector is damaged, contact Formlabs Support or your certified service provider.
- If the issue persists, the SOM may need to be replaced. Contact Formlabs Support or your certified service provider.
