Grey Pro Resin
Grey Pro Resin for Versatile Prototyping
Grey Pro Resin offers high precision, moderate elongation, and low creep. This material is great for concept modeling and functional prototyping, especially for parts that will be handled repeatedly.
Grey Pro Resin is ideal for:
- Form and fit testing
- Injection molded product prototypes
- Mold masters for plastics, silicones, and more
- Jigs and fixtures for manufacturing
|Grey Pro Resin||Rigid Resin||Standard Resin|
|Flexural Modulus (GPa)||2.0 GPa||3.7 GPa||2.2 GPa|
|Tensile Modulus (GPa)||2.6 GPa||4.1 GPa||2.8 GPa|
An all-purpose functional prototyping material, Grey Pro has good elongation, high heat resistance, and low creep.
High Temp Resin
High Temp Resin for High Thermal Stability
High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa, the highest among Formlabs resins. Use it to print detailed, precise prototypes with high temperature resistance.
High Temp Resin is ideal for:
- Hot air, gas, and fluid flow
- Heat resistant mounts, housings, and fixtures
- Molds and inserts
High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa, the highest among Formlabs resins. Materials with higher HDT typically map to lower elongation.
|Material||Heat Deflection Time @ 0.45 MPa (post-cured)¹||Elongation at Break (post-cured)²|
|Tough 2000||63 °C||48%|
¹ Heat Deflection Temperature data obtained using the ASTM D 648-16 method.
² Elongation at Break data obtained using the ASTM D 638-14 method.
Compare Properties Across Materials
