Low Force Stereolithography (LFS)™ 3D printing uses linear illumination and a flexible film tank to turn liquid resin into flawless parts. A key component of the LFS process, the strong dual-layer film at the bottom of the Form 3 Resin Tank, allows for a dynamic and precise print process.

Notice: Form 3 Resin Tank V2.1 is compatible with all Formlabs resins, but is required for use with some specific materials. There are two previous versions of the Form 3 Resin Tank, Tank V1 and Tank V2, each with their own compatibility requirements. With a separate tank for each individual resin color or type, switching materials is as easy as sliding in a new tank.

Resin Tanks are built to last and deliver consistent performance for at least 75,000 layers of printing — approximately 190 prints using average height model (39 mm tall), any resin, and 100 µm layer height.

Reduce downtime by transferring modular build chambers and powder cartridges between the Fuse 1 Series printers and Fuse Sift for a nonstop, cyclical workflow. Each Fuse 1 Series printer includes one build chamber. Keeping an extra build chamber in your toolkit allows you to run a new print as soon as a previous job is completed.

After completing a print, remove the build chamber from the SLS 3D printer and load it into the Fuse Sift for cooling, part extraction, and material reclamation.

The portable SLS Vacuum is NFPA-652 compliant and safe for use with all Formlabs SLS powders. It can be connected directly to the Fuse Sift integrated hose for clearing powder from a build chamber, removing debris, and cleaning your SLS workstation.

Unlike the Industrial Vacuum, the Powder-safe SLS Vacuum cannot be controlled or automatically triggered from the Fuse Sift interface.

Resin Pumping System is an accessory for Form 3 Series stereolithography (SLA) 3D printers that seamlessly delivers 5 L of resin through a pumping system directly to the printer’s resin tank. Reduce waste by 86%, improve efficiency with less frequent cartridge changes, and unlock bulk pricing on Formlabs SLA resins.

Replacement tubing for Resin Pumping System. Over time, tube performance will deteriorate resulting in slower fill times. Resin Pumping System tubing must be changed out every 6 months or when changing to a different resin type.

This kit includes both the internal tubing for the Resin Pump as well the Transfer Tube to connect the Resin Pump to the 5 L Resin Container.

The Resin Pumping System is an accessory for Formlabs stereolithography (SLA) 3D printers that seamlessly delivers 5 L of resin through a pumping system directly to the printer’s resin tank. Improve efficiency with less frequent cartridge changes, and unlock bulk pricing on Formlabs SLA resins.

After part extraction with Fuse Depowdering Kit, the unsintered powder is funneled into the sifter provided. This 150 µm sieve filters out chunks or debris to keep the powder clean while allowing powder flow. The reclaimed powder can then be stored in a cartridge for the next print.

This accessory is provided with Fuse Depowdering Kit and is compatible for use with all Formlabs SLS powders except Nylon 11 CF Powder, which requires Fuse Depowdering Kit Sifter 300 Sieve.

The Fuse Sift Funnel is a drop-in attachment on any Fuse Sift to maintain a clean workstation while loading fresh SLS powders with the 10kg Powder Bag packages.

After part extraction with Fuse Depowdering Kit, the unsintered powder is funneled into the sifter provided. This 300 µm sieve filters out chunks or debris to keep the powder clean, while allowing powder flow with Nylon 11 CF Powder. The reclaimed powder can then be stored in a cartridge for the next print.

This is required for use with Nylon 11 CF Powder only (other SLS powders are compatible with the 150µm sieve provided with Fuse Depowdering Kit.

The Stainless Steel Build Platform is a corrosion-resistant build platform made with surgical grade stainless steel. With a seamless look, this build platform offers a more professional design and high print reliability.

The Stainless Steel Build Platform is required for Permanent Crown and Temporary CB Resins, and compatible with all resins.
