Formlabs introduces Form Studio 1—the world’s most affordable professional resin 3D printer, bringing professional-grade printing to more creators than ever

Form Studio 1 was built from the ground up as an end-to-end ecosystem that lowers the price barrier for new users, but still delivers the high performance that professional users demand. Featuring an all-new print engine based on Formlabs' proven Low Force DisplayTM (LFD), Form Studio 1 uses a custom lens array and 28 LEDs that deliver a uniform, highly collimated 6 mW/cm2 light field that cures resin quickly and evenly. 35 μm pixels and finely tuned anti-aliasing capture subpixel detail, while lower peel forces and light-touch supports leave smooth, clean surfaces.

For an added layer of protection, users can pair it with Formlabs VOC Extractor, reducing total emissions even further to less than 220 μg/m3 as defined by the UL 2819 GREENGUARD Gold standard, for maximum peace of mind.
