Form Studio Wash+Cure

Form Studio Wash+Cure is an all-in-one, compact, and affordable post-processing unit that handles both washing and curing for your resin 3D prints.
Washing mode: All resin 3D printed parts need washing to remove residual resin. Form Studio Wash+Cure agitates IPA or alternative solvents around parts for thorough, efficient cleaning. When washing is done, simply raise the internal basket out of the solvent to let parts air dry and avoid over-soaking, warped prints.
Curing mode: Using 405 nm light, Form Studio Wash+Cure completes the chemical reaction started during printing. Post-curing boosts part strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance, while leaving a harder, less tacky surface.
Form Studio Wash+Cure is compatible with IPA, TPM, and Resin Washing Solution.

Two steps, one machine
-
Form Studio Wash+Cure washes and cures in a single unit, so a full post-processing setup takes one spot on the bench instead of two.
Agitated wash
-
A magnetically coupled impeller circulates solvent to clear residual resin from channels, cavities, and undercuts.
Dry in place
-
Raise the internal basket at the end of the cycle so parts drip and dry without continuing to soak.
405 nm curing for stronger parts
-
Post-curing completes the chemical reaction started during printing, increasing strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance, and leaving a harder, less tacky surface.
Runs on the solvent you already use
-
Compatible with IPA, TPM, and Resin Washing Solution.
Wash
Load parts directly on the build platform or into the basket. An impeller agitates solvent to remove uncured resin. Raise the basket at the end of the cycle to dry.
Cure
Drop the glass turntable into the chamber and start the post-cure. Parts rotate under 405 nm light so every face gets the same exposure.
Form Studio 1 Workflow in Minutes
Form Studio Wash+Cure is part of a 3D printing ecosystem that requires little intervention or maintenance. Watch the video for the basics of Form Studio 1 and Form Studio Wash+Cure, from software and materials to printing and post-processing.
