Dashboard can notify you about print events over text and email. You can customize notification options to monitor the prints for an entire team or just your own prints.

To opt in to receiving custom notifications:

1. Log in to your Formlabs account.
2. Click the account icon in the top-right corner. A dropdown appears.
3. Click My Account. The Account Overview page appears.
4. Click Notifications. The Notification Settings page appears.
5. Choose the type of notifications to receive:
   • To receive text notifications, enable SMS and select which printers, teams, and events to receive notifications about.
   • To opt out of text notifications, disable SMS or reply STOP to a notification text.
   • To enable text notifications after opting out, text START to +1-617-553-4411.
   • To receive email notifications, enable Email and select which printers, teams, and events to receive notifications about.
   • To receive a monthly breakdown about your resin usage and the success rate of your prints, enable Receive monthly printing reports.

Notifications are sent to the listed Notification Email and Notification Phone Number. The Notification Email can be different from the login email address for the account.

Dopo aver abilitato le notifiche via SMS o e-mail, puoi scegliere gli eventi di stampa specifici di cui ricevere una notifica. Gli eventi di stampa includono:

• Print Started (Stampa avviata): inviato non appena una stampa viene confermata sulla stampante. Dopo la notifica Print Started (Stampa avviata), la stampante si preriscalda ed eroga la resina prima di iniziare a stampare.
• Stampa completata: inviata quando l'ultimo strato di una stampa è completo. Dopo la notifica Print Finished (Stampa terminata), è possibile rimuovere la piattaforma di stampa.
• Errore di stampa: inviato quando la stampante rileva un errore. Dopo la notifica Print Error (Errore di stampa), la stampa si interrompe automaticamente. Controlla l'interfaccia touchscreen della stampante per ottenere maggiori informazioni e istruzioni. Se l'errore persiste, carica i dati di diagnostica e contatta l'Assistenza Formlabs specificando l'errore.
• Stampa interrotta: inviato quando un lavoro di stampa viene annullato manualmente dopo l'avvio. Dopo la notifica Stampa interrotta, la stampante è disponibile per la stampa. Se un lavoro è stato parzialmente stampato, rimuovere la resina polimerizzata dalla piattaforma di stampa prima di avviare un nuovo lavoro.
• Interruzione della stampa: inviato quando la stampante si interrompe e ha bisogno di attenzione per continuare a stampare. Controlla l'interfaccia touchscreen della stampante per ottenere maggiori informazioni e istruzioni su come riavviare la stampa in corso.
• Resina in esaurimento: inviata non appena Dashboard stima che la cartuccia di resina in uso contiene meno di un quarto della sua capacità (250 mL). Dopo la notifica Resin Low, la stampa continua. Questo avviso è diverso da quello di interruzione “resin low” (resina in esaurimento), che visualizza un messaggio sull'interfaccia touchscreen della stampante.
