Nylon 11 Powder is a high-performance material for functional prototyping and small batch production of compliant, robust parts.

• Impact-resistant prototypes, jigs, and fixtures
• Thin-walled ducts and enclosures
• Compliant snaps, clips, and hinges
• Orthotics and prosthetics*

This model prints in two parts that slide and snap together — the top piece features a print-in-place slotted link mechanism mounted to a lever arm, while the spring in the bottom piece forces the mechanism between the two stable states.

^{*Material properties may vary based on part design and manufacturing practices. It is the manufacturer’s responsibility to validate the suitability of the printed parts for the intended use.}
