Preparing the workspace

Overview: Prepare the Form Wash and a level workspace for replacing the display assembly.

AVERTISSEMENT :

La résine peut provoquer une irritation ou une réaction allergique cutanée. Portez des gants pour manipuler de la résine liquide ou des surfaces recouvertes de résine. Se laver abondamment les mains à l’eau et au savon.

Step 1: Turn off the Form Wash

Disconnect the Form Wash from its power source.

Step 2: Move the unit

Lift the Form Wash by gripping its base, not the wash bucket. Move the unit to a well-ventilated area. Set the unit on a level surface for easy access.

Step 3: Lift the elevator

Lift the outer lid. Grip the top of the elevator and pull upwards until it reaches the top of its travel. Some friction or shaking while lifting the mount is normal and should not affect the unit. Note that the elevator may not stay raised on its own.
