Store resin according to Formlabs guidelines. Storing resin in resin tanks for longer than the recommended times may cause leaks and damage equipment.
For long-term storage, pour resin into a separate, opaque container from the resin tank. Formlabs recommends opaque wide-mouth bottles made of HDPE, LDPE, polypropylene, metal, glass, or plastic. Containers made of other materials may leak.
Notice:
Do not store Formlabs resin in containers made of polystyrene, PVC, PMMA, or vinyl. The components of Formlabs resins may react with the container materials.
Pour resin that has been stored in third-party containers directly into the resin tank for future use. Do not return resin to the cartridge to avoid potential contamination.
Thoroughly shake cartridges before printing to ensure best results.
