Schedule of maintenance (Fuse Sift)

The Fuse Sift allows users to extract parts from the build chamber, reclaim unsintered powder, store both reclaimed and fresh powder, as well as combining powder streams for printing. An air handling system helps to reduce plumes from free floating powder, while an integrated vacuum makes for easy clean-up. In order to preserve the accuracy and reliability of the Fuse Sift, it is important to regularly check and clean several components and assemblies.

Caution:

Do not use compressed air or an air gun to clean the print enclosure, build chamber, or any other component. Mobilizing loose powder increases the risk of unintentional inhalation or ingestion.
