Form Cure V2: impostazioni di durata e temperatura

Formlabs aggiorna periodicamente le impostazioni di polimerizzazione post-stampa con materiali nuovi e migliorati. Scarica l'ultima versione in PDF (solo in inglese) e controlla le impostazioni di polimerizzazione post-stampa aggiornate.

Seleziona il tipo e la versione del materiale per vedere le impostazioni di tempo e temperatura raccomandate per Form Cure V2. Per eseguire la polimerizzazione post-stampa di formulazioni precedenti con la Form Cure, usa il tempo e la temperatura raccomandati per la versione della resina più simile a quella usata.

Una polimerizzazione eccessiva è accettabile, salvo diversa indicazione. Aumenta il tempo di polimerizzazione post-stampa per parti spesse e voluminose, poiché raggiungono più lentamente la temperatura corretta.

Per le parti stampate con le resine Formlabs per applicazioni biocompatibili, segui i passaggi di polimerizzazione post-stampa indicati nelle relative istruzioni per l'uso o nel manuale operativo. 1: non richiede polimerizzazione post-stampa. Dopo il lavaggio, lascia che le parti si asciughino completamente prima di procedere alla cottura/fusione.
2: questa impostazione di polimerizzazione post-stampa garantisce che le parti raggiungano sia la biocompatibilità che le proprietà meccaniche ottimali. Per una descrizione completa del workflow, leggi la Guida alla fabbricazione.
3: non richiede polimerizzazione post-stampa. Lascia che le parti si asciughino completamente prima di effettuare la fusione.
4: per le parti stampate con la Durable Resin, il modulo di trazione aumenta durante la prima ora di polimerizzazione post-stampa.
5: posiziona le parti asciutte in un bicchiere di vetro (o un altro contenitore trasparente ai raggi UV) e immergile completamente in acqua a temperatura ambiente.
