Dispose of a Formlabs device when it is damaged beyond repair or has reached the end of its lifetime. If you need to disassemble a Formlabs product before disposal, contact Formlabs Support or your authorized reseller for further instructions.
The symbol on the product, the accessories, or packaging indicates that this device shall not be treated as nor disposed of with household waste. When you decide to dispose of this product, do so in accordance with environmental laws and guidelines. Dispose of the device via a collection point for the recycling of waste of electrical and electronic equipment. By disposing of the device in the proper manner, you help avoid possible hazards for the environment and public health that could otherwise be caused by improper treatment of waste equipment. The recycling of materials contributes to the conservation of natural resources. Therefore do not dispose of your old electrical and electronic equipment with the unsorted municipal waste.

WEEE
Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) that is only used in areas other than private households or, in any case, is not typically used in private households (so-called B2B equipment) may not be disposed of via municipal collection centers.
Formlabs Inc. offers its customers in its EU shipping range the opportunity to return their B2B WEEE purchased from Formlabs Inc. free of charge to ensure the reuse, recycling and environment-friendly disposal. To arrange the return of old B2B equipment, please use the WEEE return form [EN] [DE] from our service provider 1cc GmbH, Max-Eyth-Str. 35, D-71088 Holzgerlingen and send it completed to [email protected] with the subject “WEEE B2B take-back for Formlabs Inc.”
The service provided by Formlabs Inc. is a standard on-site pickup service. The devices must be prepared for loading in boxes or on a pallet outside the building.
