High Temp Resin 1 L
RS-F2-HTAM-02
Whether you’re optimizing your manufacturing process, rapidly iterating through designs, or assessing form, fit, and function, Formlabs Engineering Resins are formulated to withstand extensive testing and perform under stress.
High Temp Resin has a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa—the highest among Formlabs resins. Use it to print detailed, precise prototypes with high thermal stability.
Separate Resin Tank required for High Temp Resin V1 and V2.
Supports print resolutions: 100, 50, and 25 microns.
Post-curing required.

Why Choose High Temp Resin
Our best material for stability under heat, High Temp Resin offers the highest heat deflection temperature among Formlabs resins.
High Thermal Stability
High Temp Resin offers the highest heat deflection temperature of any Formlabs material.
Ease of Use
Formlabs' accessible technology makes it easy to experiment with high temperature applications.
Applications
With the highest Heat Deflection Temperature of any Formlabs material, High Temp Resin is ideal for applications that require resistance to high temperatures.
Material Properties
Post-Processing
Form Wash Settings
6 min
Do not leave High Temp Resin in solvent for longer than 6 minutes total, as excessive solvent exposure affects the quality of the final part.
Form Cure Settings
120 min
80 °C
There are several post-curing options for High Temp V2. Refer to the technical data sheet to understand how different options affect mechanical properties, and choose the post-cure option that is best suited to the intended application. To achieve the highest HDT of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa: (1) Post-cure parts in Form Cure for 120 min at 80 °C. (2) Thermally post-cure parts in a non-food oven for 3 hours at 160 °C. For applications that do not require the maximum heat resistance, post-cure parts in Form Cure for 60 min at 60 °C.
