Max Lobovsky

Max Lobovsky is co-founder and CEO of Formlabs. Formlabs pioneered the new category of professional desktop 3D printing when it launched the world’s first affordable, powerful desktop stereolithography 3D printer. Prior to starting Formlabs, Lobovsky led the efforts at Fab@Home, one of the industry’s earliest open-source 3D printing projects which has been instrumental in setting up labs in schools worldwide. A Forbes’ 30 Under 30 recipient and World Economic Forum Pioneer, Lobovsky holds a B.S. in Applied Engineering and Physics from Cornell University and a M.S. in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT.

Dávid Lakatos is Chief Product Officer at Formlabs, overseeing all aspects of the company’s product development. Prior to joining Formlabs, Lakatos founded Sold., an automated peer-to-peer selling service that was acquired by Dropbox. He was a co-founder of FabLab Budapest, the first rapid prototyping lab in Central and Eastern Europe. A native of Hungary, Lakatos holds degrees in electrical engineering with a focus on nanosciences from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, as well as a M.S. in Media Arts and Sciences from MIT.

Nick Graham is Chief Revenue Officer at Formlabs, overseeing the company’s sales and services strategy to deliver value to Formlabs partners and customers as they expand their 3D printing operations. Prior to joining Formlabs, Graham served as CRO at EverQuote, one of the fastest growing technology firms in Cambridge and Boston history. He holds his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively, as well as his M.B.A from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Daniel O’Shaughnessy is the Chief Financial Officer of leading 3D printing company Formlabs. O’Shaughnessy joined Formlabs following his time with SharkNinja as Vice President of Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations and Controller. Prior to joining SharkNinja, O’Shaughnessy was Vice President of Finance, Investor Relations and Treasurer at The Gymboree Corporation, and M&A diligence manager at PwC. O’Shaughnessy’s decade plus of financial executive experience across multiple companies and industries supports the overall strategy and growth of Formlabs.

Jason Fullmer is currently the COO at Formlabs, where he oversees all aspects of operations, procurement, fulfillment and supply chain operations. Jason brings over twenty years of experience to the role, having worked at InVue and Dell for ten years each.

Marcy Axelrad, formerly the global head of talent management and talent operations at Wayfair, was hired as Formlabs’ Chief People Officer in November of 2021. Axelrad brings a depth of human resources and business leadership experience to Formlabs and plays a key role in growing the team at Formlabs’ Somerville, MA headquarters as well as in its offices across the globe. As Chief People Officer, Axelrad oversees the company’s global talent development strategy and programs, recruitment, performance management, employee experience, and advancing the company’s global workforce environment.
