The Fuse Blast uses solenoid valves in the pneumatic cassette to distribute air flow to each section of the cleaning cycle. If one of these valves get stuck then air may continue to flow through the incorrect pathway. This leads the blast cycle to continue carrying media through the rinse cycles.

• Media continuing to flow after releasing the pedal
• Media continuing to flow during the rinse cycle
• Media or air flowing from the nozzle during the chamber rinse cycle

• Internal valve stuck open
• Signal issue from the pedal

Power cycle the Fuse Blast and restart the blasting cycle

If one of the pneumatic valves is stuck open, restarting the Fuse Blast and starting repeated blasting cycles may loosen the valve.

1. Unplug the unit from the power source.
2. Wait 10 seconds before restoring power.
3. Attempt to start a manual blasting cycle with the pedals. Retry starting a cycle 5–10 times.
