What software do I need to operate a Formlabs printer?

In order to send a print job to a Formlabs printer, you’ll need to download our free PreForm software, which can import STL/OBJ/3MF files. Formlabs provides regular software updates that include new features as well as performance improvements.

PreForm is not CAD software, so if you want to create your own models, please see our FAQ about 3D modeling software.
