Tip:
If you are the person who placed the order, you should have received a confirmation email shortly after completing your transaction. Once the order's shipping information is generated, we send another email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your orders and shipments by logging into Dashboard.
Some items have lead times, which are indicated on the product page and in the order confirmation email.

What is the status of my order?
If you ordered directly from Formlabs, you’ll receive a confirmation email after you place your order which should include information about the expected ship date(s) for your items. You'll receive another email when your order ships.
When will my order ship?
We ship items as soon as possible, as they become available. Lead times and estimated delivery dates are indicated for each product in the store. Shipment and delivery schedules may be affected by regional and federal holidays. Given uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (labor strikes, weather, etc.) we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates.
When placing an order, you should receive an email confirming your order shortly after completing your transaction. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting Formlabs. Tracking information will be emailed once the order's shipping information is generated. If you have any questions about the delivery of a specific item please contact Formlabs Support.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, Formlabs cannot change the shipping address. Formlabs chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some shipments require a signature. Each shipment notification email states whether a signature is required. After the first delivery attempt, the carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Formlabs. Follow the tracking information and contact the carrier for detailed delivery information.
