Ab dem 12. Januar 2026 enthalten alle neuen Druckerpakete des Form 4B und Form 4BL standardmäßig den Open Material Mode (OMM)*. Mit dem Open Material Mode können Sie mit den meisten 385- und 405-nm-Photopolymer-Kunstharzen auf Formlabs-SLA-Druckern drucken, was Ihnen mehr Flexibilität bei Materialien von Drittanbietern bietet. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei einem Druck mit OMM der Verschleiß und die Beschädigung der Light Processing Unit nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt sind. Formlabs entwickelt oder validiert keine Druckeinstellungen für Harze von Drittanbietern. Nachfolgend finden Sie eine Liste von zahnmedizinischen Kunstharzen von Drittanbietern, deren Hersteller ihr internes Entwicklungsverfahren durchlaufen und Druckeinstellungen für Form-4B-Drucker im Open Material Mode bereitgestellt haben. Mehrere weitere Harzhersteller entwickeln derzeit Einstellungen, aber Formlabs hat keinen Einfluss auf die Zeitpläne und kann keine konkreten Termine nennen.
Hinweis:
Beim Drucken von Drittanbieter-Kunstharzen im Open Material Mode muss das Kunstharz manuell in den Tank gegossen werden. Die Druckeinstellungen werden vom Harzhersteller unterstützt, nicht von Formlabs. Konsultieren Sie daher deren Dokumentation für Anweisungen und Fragen. Befolgen Sie bei biokompatiblen Anwendungen stets die Gebrauchsanweisung und/oder die Herstellungsrichtlinien des Harzherstellers, um einen konformen Druck und eine konforme Nachbearbeitung zu gewährleisten.
