At launch, the Form 4L features 17+ industry-leading Formlabs materials. The Form 4BL features 30+ industry-leading Formlabs materials, including 13+ biocompatible materials for dental and biomedical applications. We develop unique print settings for each resin and validate each individual layer thickness to ensure reliability and accuracy. As of the announcement date of the Form 4L and Form 4BL, PreForm will have 27 validated settings, covering greater than 80% of printing volume based on the Form 3L.

The table below indicates when settings will be available for each material and layer thickness in PreForm. Resin regional availability depends on local regulations and approvals, especially for resins for biocompatible applications. Print settings will be released in PreForm by the start of the indicated month.
