Resin tanks are consumables and require replacement. When a resin tank is damaged or reaches the end of its lifetime, replace it immediately to prevent print failures, resin spills, and other potential problems. Refer to the support article Resin tank lifetime and monitoring (Form 3L/Form 3BL) for more information.

To replace the resin tank:

1. Put on a new, clean pair of nitrile gloves.
2. Remove the build platform from the printer.
3. Hold the side walls of the resin tank.
4. Gently slide the resin tank away from and out of the printer.
5. Store the resin tank in the tank case with the lid closed.
6. Install a new resin tank.
