A FORM file is the format PreForm uses to save print files. After importing a model into PreForm, selecting an orientation, and adding supports, save your print job as a FORM file to preserve your work. This model can be reopened for future prints or sent to other users.

To save your print job as a FORM file:

1. In the menu bar, click File > Save As.... A window opens.
2. Choose where to save the file.
3. Name the file.
4. Click Save.

PreForm does not automatically save your print job as you work. PreForm warns you if you attempt to close the program without saving.
