Caution:
Take care to avoid static buildup and discharge when using vacuum attachments printed in a non-ESD safe material.
You can print parts and accessories for Formlabs devices on your own printer. To modify the files, you need digital modeling software like 3Shape, Materialise, 3Design, SolidWorks, or ZBrush.
Form 4 generation

Tool caddy
The tool caddy on top of the Form 4 holds the parallelism shims, a 2.5 mm hex key, and a 4 mm hex key.
Formlabs designed this part to be printed on a Fuse 1 generation printer.

Build platform mounts hold build platforms when they are not in use.
Use the screw holes in this model to rigidly attach the build platform mount to a dedicated stand, wall stud, or other stable base.

Cleaning sheet holders
Place a cleaning sheet holder onto the resin tank film before printing a cleaning sheet to easily remove failed prints and other debris. The file contains 66 cleaning sheet holders.
Formlabs designed this part to be printed on a Formlabs SLA printer with any material. The cleaning sheet holder does not need to be printed in the same resin type.

Build platform handle
The build platform handle slides onto the build platform mount in the printer or the jig in the Finish Kit. If the handle is broken, the build platform may not sit securely in the printer, causing print failures or build platform detection issues.

HDMI cable retention clip
Form 4 generation LPUs connect to the printer via an HDMI cable which is clipped in place with an SLS printed part. Some of these HDMI clips break when replacing the LPU. This does not affect the function of the LPU or printer and might only be noticed if the HDMI cable loosens and comes unplugged.
Formlabs designed this part to be printed on a Formlabs SLS printer with Nylon 12 Powder, but other materials, including most resins, should work as well.

Resin Pump skirt
The Resin Pump skirt, also known as the locator base, helps position the pump on the cartridge floor so resin can be dispensed into the resin tank. If the skirt is damaged, the pump may not sit properly on the cartridge floor, leading to a resin spill.
For best results, print this part in Tough 2000 Resin V2. Other resins will also work but the part may not be as impact-resistant.
For installation instructions, see Replacing the Form 4 Resin Pumping System pump skirt.

Tough family cartridge shim
The newest Tough family of resins (Tough 1000 Resin V1, Tough 1500 Resin V2, and Tough 2000 Resin V2) cause the resin cartridge bite valve to swell over time. A swollen bite valve dispenses resin more slowly, especially towards the end of a cartridge’s life. In a limited and contained number of cases, the bite valve can ultimately fall off the resin cartridge entirely, leading to a significant resin spill.
If your resin cartridge is from lot number 20251022 or later, it is not at risk for a resin spill, so you can print a shim that mitigates poor dispensing even if the valve swells. To prevent dispense interruptions caused by valve swelling, Formlabs recommends using this shim.
The shim is designed to print with any General Purpose Resin, Fast Model Resin, or any resin in the Tough family.
For installation instructions, see:

Form 4L generation

Tool caddy
The tool caddy at the back of the Form 4L print cavity holds the parallelism shims and 2, 2.5, 3, and 5 mm hex keys.
Formlabs designed this part to be printed on a Fuse 1 generation printer.

Build platform mount
Build platform mounts hold build platforms when they are not in use.
Use the screw holes in this model to rigidly attach the build platform mount to a dedicated stand, wall stud, or other stable base.
Given the weight of the Form 4L build platform and prints, Formlabs recommends printing this model in a stiff, strong material such as Nylon 12 GF.

Cleaning sheet holders
Place a cleaning sheet holder onto the resin tank film before printing a cleaning sheet to easily remove failed prints and other debris. The file contains 162 cleaning sheet holders.
Formlabs designed this part to be printed on a Formlabs SLA printer with any material. The cleaning sheet holder does not need to be printed in the same resin type.

The shim is designed to print with any General Purpose Resin, Fast Model Resin, or any resin in the Tough family.

Form 3 generation

Build platform handle
The build platform handle slides onto the build platform mount in the printer or the jig in the Finish Kit. If the handle is broken, the build platform may not sit securely in the printer, causing print failures or build platform detection issues.

X-axis lead screw cleaning kit
Over time, the anti-backlash nut on the X-axis lead screw can degrade and leave a black residue in the grease on the lead screw. This debris can cause the Light Processing Unit (LPU) housing to stall or generate noise during printing. Following the instructions in Cleaning and lubricating the X-axis lead screw (Form 3 generation), use the thread cleaner to clean off the lead screw, then use the applicator to apply lithium grease such as Rheolube 362HB.

Form Cure L V2
Turntable coupler
Impacts from heavy parts dropped onto the Form Cure L V2 turntable, such as large parts printed in Rigid 10K Resin, can crack the coupler in the machine.
If the coupler is cracked, you can print a replacement. Formlabs recommends a tough and impact-resistant resin, such as Tough 2000 Resin V2. The coupler mounts on the motor shaft via a press-fit.

Fuse 1 generation
Caution:
Take care to avoid static buildup and discharge when using vacuum attachments printed in a non-ESD safe material.
Vacuum cleaning attachment for hopper
The vacuum cleaning attachments are designed for use when cleaning powder out of a Fuse 1 generation printer.
V1 is compatible with Fuse 1 and is designed to remove powder through the hopper.

V2 is compatible with Fuse 1 and Fuse 1+ 30W and is designed to remove powder through the inside of the printer.

Vacuum cleaning nozzle set
This set of vacuum cleaning nozzles is designed for use when cleaning powder out of a Fuse 1 generation printer and cleaning the print enclosure on Fuse 1 generation printers.
Mount the base nozzle on your vacuum hose, then use the bayonet fitting to quickly swap between the default tip (good for general usage), hook tip (for reaching into Fuse 1 generation powder troughs), and precision tip (for reaching into tight spaces, such as between the blades of the Fuse 1+ 30W hopper agitator.
Formlabs has tested these nozzles with Nylon 12 Powder, but it can be printed in any non-flexible material.
Base nozzle: STL
Default tip: STL
Hook tip: STL
Precision tip: STL

Vacuum cleaning nozzle
The vacuum cleaning nozzle is designed for use when cleaning powder out of a Fuse 1 generation printer and cleaning the print enclosure on Fuse 1 generation printers.

Cable gland wrench
The cable gland wrench is designed for use when replacing the hopper trough or buffer trough RTD or heater on the Fuse 1+ 30W.

Build chamber lead screw cleaning tool
The build chamber lead screw cleaning tool is designed for use when cleaning and relubricating the lead screw in a Fuse Series build chamber.
Formlabs designed this part to be printed on a Formlabs SLA printer with a material like Tough 1500 Resin.

Build chamber plug case
The build chamber plug case is a protective shell that covers the wires running from the build chamber plug to the sensors and heaters within the build chamber. It also serves as part of the print enclosure seal during a print. If the build chamber plug case is damaged, the build chamber may not function properly.
Installation guide: Replacing the Fuse 1 generation build chamber plug case

Fuse Sift
Fuse Sift Funnel
The Fuse Sift Funnel replaces the flat fresh powder hopper lid included with original Fuse Sift units. Print and install the Fuse Sift Funnel to more easily fill the fresh powder hopper, especially when using bagged powder.

Fuse Blast
Waste hopper funnel
The waste hopper funnel makes it easier to empty the waste hopper on a Fuse Blast. The funnel directs the waste into a bag, jug, or other container.

Fuse Blast air filter retaining wire block
The wire that holds the Fuse Blast air filter in place can sometimes slip around the filter frame rather than pressing against it. These blocks encircle the bends in the wire and prevent it from fitting into that gap.
Print two copies of both part A and part B, as shown.
