BioMed Amber Resin is well suited for end-use medical devices, surgical cut and drill guides, implant sizing models, and specimen collection kits. Its semi-transparent appearance allows light to pass through parts, which is valuable in applications where visibility through the component is needed.
The material is tested and documented for long-term skin contact and short-term contact with bone, tissue, dentin, and mucosal membranes. It is not positioned for implantable applications. Users must independently determine the suitability of printed parts for any specific use.
