The Formlabs Referral Program (“Referral Program”) may be offered by Formlabs, Inc. (“Formlabs”) as a reward for our loyal customers (“Referrer(s)” or “You”) and your friends, family, and connections (“Invitees” or “You”). By participating in this Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Referral Program Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, including without limitation our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You can review the most current version of the Referral Program Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Referral Program Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

Referrers, current Formlabs customers registered with Dashboard, will create a unique referral link on their ‘Dashboard - My Account’ page which will allow the Referrer to refer Invitees who are new or prospective Formlabs customers the Referrer personally knows (friends, family, or connections).

The unique referral link may be used by a maximum of ten (10) Invitees during the duration of the Referral Program.

Each Invitee may apply one (1) referral credit to their initial purchase of a Formlabs 3D printer. Only the first Formlabs 3D printer purchased by a customer or company is eligible for this promotion. The referral link will be available for use by contacting a direct sales rep or making a purchase through the webstore.

At the moment the campaign is only available in North America and certain counties in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral codes should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites, blogs, or Reddit). Referrers are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.
 

For each valid referral where the Invitee purchases a Formlabs SLA printer, the Referrer and Invitee will each receive a Formlabs Credit worth five hundred dollars ($500). For each valid referral where the Invitee purchases a Formlabs SLS printer, the Referrer and Invitee will each receive a Formlabs Credit worth two thousand dollars ($2,000). Invitees will receive the credit in the form of a discount in their initial Formlabs 3D printer purchase. Upon completion of the valid referral, Referrers will receive a credit for Formlabs consumables on their ‘Dashboard - My Account’ page. Formlabs Credit is not valid for combination with any other offers, discounts, or codes.

Formlabs may refuse to verify or process any Referral transaction in violation of these Terms. Rewards have no monetary value separate from the credit for the Formlabs store and may not be redeemed for cash. They are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.

You understand and agree that any products or services purchased are subject to our Terms of Service and nothing herein should be interpreted as a modification or waiver of Warranty.

PARTICIPANTS AND PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANTS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (A) YOUR USE OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THE REFERRAL PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND FORMLABS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND TERMS (COLLECTIVELY, "PROMISES") OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW OR CUSTOM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROMISES AS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE USE OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, IMPLIED PROMISES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) FORMLABS MAKES AND GIVES NO PROMISE THAT (i) THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Formlabs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. Formlabs may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Referral Program without notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. Formlabs also reserves the right to disqualify any customers or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Referral Program if we have a good faith belief that they have violated any of the Terms.
