FormlabsのSLA光造形プリンタは、プリントを開始する前にレジンタンクにレジンを充填し、レジンを加熱して混合し、ゴミがないかをチェックします。ほとんどのユーザーにとって、このプロセスはワークフローに大きな影響を与えません。より高いスループットが求められる工業用途では、レジンの予熱や造形中のレジンタンクの充填による遅延が積み重なる可能性があります。

Form 4およびForm 4L世代のプリンターでファームウェア1.15.0以降を実行している場合、High Volume Manufacturing（大量生産）モードを有効にして、プリンターを常に準備状態に保つことができます。High Volume Manufacturingモードを有効にするには：

1. On the printer’s touchscreen, tap Settings > Configuration.Configuration（構成）画面が表示されます。
2. High Volume Manufacturing（大量生産）モードをONに切り替えます。トグルが青色に変わり、画面上部のステータスバーに小さな工場のアイコンが表示されます。

When you enable High Volume Manufacturing mode, the printer:

• Keeps the resin tank filled at all times, not just immediately before a print starts
• Holds the resin at its target temperature for up to 75 minutes
• Mixes the resin in the resin tank continuously, with the same frequency and speed as it normally would during the preprint process for the inserted resin
• After 75 minutes, the printer runs the mixer once every 10 seconds for 4 days, keeping your resin mixed during longer breaks in production such as weekends and holidays.
