Storing resin tanks (Form 4 and Form 4L generation)

Whenever a resin tank is not installed in the printer, store it on a flat surface out of direct sunlight with the lid on. If the bottom of the resin tank has liquid resin on it, clean it before storing the tank. Stack multiple tanks for easy storage.

Tip:

Label the tank and tank case with the date of first use to track the type and age of the resin in each tank.

Store tanks on a clean, level surface that prevents light from passing or reflecting through the clear tank window on the underside of the tank. While the frame of the tank blocks wavelengths of light that cure resin, the underside of the tank does not.

Prevent dust or abrasive objects from touching the tank window. Consider placing a low-lint material, such as microfiber cloth, underneath the tank to protect the tank window from scratches.
