Fuse 1

    • Diagnostic print evaluation: Fixed a bug that prevented diagnostic prints from being evaluated on some printers and test prints.

    • Diagnostic print evaluation: Added a new feature that allows the on-printer evaluation of previously-run diagnostic prints for optical cleanliness, exhaust cleanliness, and laser performance. The prints currently supported for on-printer evaluation are an optics check and Bed Temperature Tuning print. Tap Settings > Tools > Diagnostic Prints to view the list of print jobs. Note that only diagnostic prints run after this firmware was installed are available for analysis.
    • Non-critical sensor faults: The printer shows a QR code linking to support pages when non-critical sensor faults are triggered.
    • Prevent priming with full build chambers: Priming will fail if the build chamber has not been removed since the last completed print, preventing damage to the printer.
  • Bug fixes:
    • Powder card location indicator: All UI screens should now show the powder card at the correct location.
    • Duplicated Error History: Fixed an issue where the entries in the printer's Error History were duplicated.
    • Buffer flipper calibration: Fixed an issue where the flipper calibration could not be performed when the UI language was set to Chinese.

Fuse Sift

Note:

Fuse Sift units that have had their motherboard replaced cannot run firmware versions earlier than 1.5.2. Any attempt to roll back the firmware to an older version on a Fuse Sift without its original motherboard will fail to complete.
