PU Rigid 650

Why Choose PU Rigid 650 Resin

Print long-lasting and durable 3D printed parts, reducing overhead costs with fewer tool changes, setups, and re-prints. Break free of the limitations of traditional polyurethane manufacturing to achieve increased time and cost efficiencies.

Extremely Durable

Ready to withstand loads and extreme environments.

High Quality

Supports complex geometries, balancing strength, functionality, and design.

Pliable

Maintains true shape and mechanical properties over time.

Stable Long-Term

Absorbs very little moisture and is resistant to light, heat, and chemicals.

Applications

Use PU Rigid 650 Resin for producing high-performing polyurethane parts that can tolerate demanding mechanical applications.

PU Rigid 650 Resin is ideal for:

Impact-resistant components
Pliable mechanical connectors
Shock-absorbing bumpers and dampeners
Noise-dampening components

Material Properties

Treated in a humidity cure chamber.

Duration

Two minutes in PGDA

Notes

Wash PU Rigid 650 Resin parts in Propylene Glycol Diacetate (PGDA). Allow parts to air dry completely. Accelerate drying by using an air compressor or a N-Butyl Acetate wash.

Curing Settings

Notes

Utilize a Humidity Cure Chamber for the period of time indicated for your material and part thickness, at minimum a few days.
