Open Material Modeでサードパーティ製レジンを使って造形する場合、レジンは手動でタンクに注入する必要があります。造形設定はFormlabsではなくレジンメーカーがサポートしているため、手順やご質問についてはメーカーのドキュメントをご参照ください。生体適合性が求められる用途で使用する場合は、常にレジンメーカーの使用説明書や製造ガイドラインに従って、適切なプリントと後処理を行ってください。

Open Material Modeの造形設定が利用可能なサードパーティ製の歯科用レジン
2026年1月12日以降、すべての新しいForm 4BおよびForm 4BLプリンターパッケージには、デフォルトでOpen Material Mode（OMM）が含まれます*。Open Material Modeを使えば、Formlabs SLAプリンタでほとんどの385nmおよび405nmの光硬化性レジンを使った造形が可能になり、サードパーティ製材料の使用の幅が広がります。OMMを使用して造形した場合、LPUの摩耗や損傷は保証の対象外となりますのでご注意ください。詳しくは、LPUの寿命についての記事（Form 4およびForm 4L世代）をご覧ください。
Formlabsでは、サードパーティ製レジン用の造形設定の開発や検証は行っていません。以下は、サードパーティ製の歯科用レジンのリストです。各メーカーが独自の開発プロセスを経て、Open Material Modeを搭載したForm 4Bプリンター用の造形設定を提供しています。現在、他のレジンメーカーも設定開発を進めていますが、Formlabsはスケジュールを管理していないため、具体的な日程をお伝えすることはできません。

Formlabsでは、BEGO™ VarseoSmile® TriniQ®レジンの特定の色合いに対して、検証済みの造形設定を販売しています。現時点で、Formlabsが正式に設定を検証した唯一のサードパーティ製レジンです。これらはPreformで利用可能です。OMMで他の色合いでプリントするには、まず既存のFormlabs BEGO™ VarseoSmile® TriniQ®レジンのプリント設定をコピーします。
