In addition to the Premium Package, Formlabs offers a Basic Package and a Complete Package for the Form 4BL. While the Basic Package provides the essential printer setup and the Complete Package adds single automated wash and cure units, the Premium Package doubles critical consumables and wash stations to support parallel post-processing and maximum throughput.

The Form 4BL uses Low Force Display™ (LFD) technology, a next-generation masked stereolithography (MSLA) print engine that uses a powerful backlight unit with LEDs, a custom light processing unit, release texture, and a flexible resin tank to cure resin quickly and with high accuracy.

The Form 4BL offers a build volume of 35.3 x 19.6 x 35.0 cm (13.9 x 7.7 x 13.8 in), totaling approximately 24.2 liters, making it a large-format printer suited for high-volume medical production.
